Return Policy

Veda Rose Return & Exchange Policy

While we hope that you love all your purchases from Veda Rose, we understand that sometimes things just don’t workout.

  • To start the return process, please email info@shopvedarose.com. You must first submit your return before mailing back your items. Please include: name, email, order #, and reason for return.
  • Once we have received your return request, you will be sent instructions on where to send the returned merchandise. You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. 
  • You have a 14-day window from the time you receive your order to return your items for store credit. After this time period, your items will be ineligible for return.
  • We do not issue refunds, only store credit. If an item is damaged or if there was a mistake on our part, you will be credited back by the method you purchased the item with.
  • If you have a defected item please contact us by emailing info@shopvedarose.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please include: name, order #, and photo of the defect in the email.
  • We do not offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange. We cannot always guarantee the item/size will be in stock.
  • Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more will be final sale.
  • Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No perfume, stains, cigarette smell, makeup or deodorant stains, etc. will be accepted.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you!
